On May 5, 2019, the Beta Tasting became another chapter. @SwallowAtlanta's food & beverage experts helped us prove we can not only satisfy your palate but also infuse the entire experience with wonder and excitement. On Cinco de Mayo, seven soon-to-be friends stepped out of the comfort zone with us and explored the unexpected.
People say there are five basic flavors: sweetness, sourness, saltiness, bitterness, and umami. We believe there's one more: conversation. The complex and emotional nature of conversation imparts an ever-changing and unique flavor. The interactions with the people around you will change how you taste and appreciate food and drinks. The flavor of conversation is undeniable and unpredictable. Naturally, it's our secret ingredient.
